Who are we?

“EVAXION” or “we” means Evaxion A/S, a Danish company with our registered office at Dr Neergaards Vej 5 F, 2970 Hørsholm, Denmark.

As data controller we respect your right to privacy. We will only process personal data (related to visitors and subscribers to the EVAXION alert services) as described in this Policy and in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation, including the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”).

What data do we collect?

EVAXION is responsible for the processing of your personal data and may collect and process the following personal data about you.

When you access the site, the servers consulted will automatically collect the following personal data:

• the IP address assigned to you during your connection;
• the date and time you have accessed the website;
• the platform and/or operating system installed on your computer;
• the search engine and key words used to find the website.

These personal data are processed and kept for the sole purpose of measuring the number of visitors to the different sections of the website and to make improvements to our website.

When subscribing to the EVAXION alert services through the contact forms on our website, it may well be that we obtain your email address, your first and last name and some other limited personal data, which may include your organization, that you provide when completing the contact forms.
